Today, I will sharing my first experience when I joined the recruitment test. The first company that invited me to join the test is HPM (Honda Prospect Motor), it placed in Sunter, Jakarta. As people know, Honda is branded TOP number 1 in Indonesia. This company especially producted for cars.
Test held on 08.00 am until 01.30 pm. it's too long and make me too tired.
This event beginning with presentation from HRD team about company profile. I think this company so far so good because the salary so excitement for me as a fresh graduate, and the facilities is complete. I think this company make prasperious for the employees. So many audience look very interesting with this company.
This is the psychology test. There are about equation picture, equation vocabulary, personality test, fast counting, kreplin, and many more, but all in bahasa. It was surprising me is the english test that I have to translate an essay from bahasa to be english. Oh nooo.....!!!!!!
I'm so confused because I just can speak english a little bit and my vocabulary is so poor. I remembered the first word is "membangun" and I translated to be "growing up (tumbuh)"..hahahahaha
That I was a little dissapointed is we are not accepted snack or lunch from the company. actually we are testing from morning until afternoon nonstop. But, it's okey because I can get experience about the psychology test.
Oh ya.. For the announcement who was passed the test will be announced from the short message from company at noon (maghrib) that day. and interview will be held on tomorrow. As I guess I don't accepted the message, so I failed. But my friend accept it and he was passed the interview hrd, next step is medical check up. In MCU he was not passed, I don't know why. :(
All test above are held in Yogyakarta. It was when the company held campus hiring in Yogyakarta.
If you passed the MCU test you will be inviting to Jakarta for interview user. If you passed again you will deal the contract for to be an employee of HPM... Yeeeyyyyy..... :D
